Three finished print and social flyers for the Shine Movement Pilates x Greenlight Date event on Saturday, November 7. Every version has the updated November 4 profile deadline, the direct Shine signup address, the scannable QR code, and our real paper and illustration artwork.
All three flyers carry the exact same event schedule, giveaway rules, and scannable QR code. Pick whichever look fits best for Instagram and the studio wall, or use more than one.
Best if Shine wants the original layout. Keeps the exact top to bottom reading order from the first draft, proportioned natively for regular 8.5 by 11 inch paper and for Instagram Stories.
Best for attracting Brooklyn women. Looks like an invitation to a private supper club or gallery opening instead of a template flyer. Uses woven linen paper, our two color clinking coupe glasses illustration, and a two column schedule.
Here is what changed between the original draft and these three finished posters, and why each change helps more women scan and sign up.
What changed: We replaced "Greenlight Date, Link in Bio" with the direct signup address (greenlightdate.com/signup/shine) right next to a scannable QR code.
Real life example: Writing "Link in Bio" on a printed flyer or a screenshot is like putting a sign on a restaurant door that says "check our Instagram for the menu." People walking past the studio window or getting the flyer texted from a friend cannot click a bio link. Now they can point their camera at the QR code or type the short link directly, just like scanning a menu at a table.
What changed: The original draft had "Free Giveaway" and "Beginners Welcome" inside oval button shapes. We replaced those with clean book style text.
Real life example: Putting oval buttons on a paper poster is like printing a screenshot of a phone screen with a "Tap Here" button that nobody can actually press. And when AI tools generate flyers, they almost always drop oval pills under the title. Removing the oval shapes makes it look like a real magazine page or a Soho House invitation instead of a computer template.
What changed: We kept the Shine Movement Pilates logo untouched and paired it with Greenlight's official Hearts Orb and two color wordmark ("Green" in dark ink, "light" in brand green) on real cotton and linen paper textures.
Real life example: A flat digital background feels like a cheap office printout, whereas real cotton paper grain and hand printed drink illustrations feel like a thick wedding invitation you want to pick up. Keeping both brands' real logos intact makes the partnership look official and trustworthy.
What changed: Every option now clearly states: "Finished profile required for the giveaway + the mixer. By Nov 4."
Real life example: Beyond giving people two extra days to finish their profile, stating a clear deadline works like a velvet rope at a private event. For women deciding whether to go to a dating mixer, knowing that every attendee had to complete a real profile ahead of time proves there will be no random walk ins.
How someone goes from seeing the flyer to entering the Shine giveaway:
If anyone on the team wants to drop the Shine signup QR code or the cleaned logos into another post, grab the individual files below.
Sends scanners straight to https://greenlightdate.com/signup/shine. High contrast dark ink on warm ivory so phone cameras read it instantly.
Same https://greenlightdate.com/signup/shine destination, printed in our deep forest green ink (#0E3D22) for Option 2 and Option 3.

Extracted verbatim from the original art with the background cleanly removed so it sits naturally on any paper texture.
Our current Hearts Orb mark and two color wordmark in Fraunces 600.
Shown here so the team can compare side by side. The original draft had the old November 2 cutoff date, "Link in Bio" instead of the direct website and QR code, oval pill buttons under the subtitle, and the older plain text next to the Greenlight orb.
